Budget would cost state money
NYS spends about $44 billion per year. Over next ten years, that is $4.4 trillion.
A $7.6 billion less over that time amounts to 1.7%.
Does anyone, anyone, claim that there isn't 1.7% worth of inefficiencies to be eliminated??
(Note I use no growth in the NYS portion.)
