Part I is a a local newspapaer piece - soft and full of those-were-the-good-old-days remembrances. The economics of medical care are breifly touched upon - insurance payments, but nothing about the state of NY's massive medical budget or the demands of a large illegal immigrant population that uses the ER as a free pharmacy.
