In baseball, there are park-adjusted statistics and various other measures to allow apples-to-apples comparisons between players. Think Coors Field versus Petco Park.

This article by Prof. Schiller attempts to do the same thing with income stats. Unfortunately, the Sabre community took a decade plus to get their thinking into the baseball mainstream.

Will a Hillary or Oback Administration retard or accelerate Prof. Schiller's data?
